At Casa Shamina, in our comfortable bedrooms, every detail has been designed to create a modern and pleasurable environment. This newly built villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. All bedrooms have air-condition and under floor heating.

On the Ground floor there are 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 has en-suite bathroom with king size bed, wardrobes, with double doors to outside terrace and swimming pool.

Bedroom 2 has en-suite bathroom with twin beds and wardrobes.

Bedroom 3 is with twin beds, wardrobes  and shower room.

Bedroom 4 is located on the first floor. This bedroom is en-suite with Jacuzzi and shower, king size bed, wardrobes and doors leading to a large balcony/terrace with spectacular views over the hills of Alte and Loulé.

The Hallway is light and airy with video and alarm.

The Living room is an open plan living/ dining room with satellite TV equipped with a dvd/cd player, sound system. Large doors, leading to outside terrace with spectacular views. Dinning area has a large dinning table with 10 chairs.

Outdoor terrace/gardens –private landscaped gardens, terraces and large corner style salt water swimming pool. The Terrace also hosts a large dinning table and 8 chairs for guests to enjoy ‘al fresco’ dining while taking in the breathtaking views. 6 sun bed lounges and 2 arm chairs are also provided.  Barbecue is also available.

Kitchen includes fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Washing machine, tumble drying, iron and ironing board facility is also available.

In the Basement there is a games room equipped with a pool table, air hockey and a dart board.

There is also a self contained flat which can sleep 4 people. (extra charge negotiable)
